We work across the midlands and the west of Ireland. Rather than claiming every county in the country, these are the areas we genuinely cover with our own team — and each page sets out what the housing there is actually like and which system tends to suit it.
Wind-driven rain exposure varies enormously across Ireland, and it decides which insulation systems are appropriate. A bonded-bead cavity fill that performs perfectly in Offaly can be the wrong specification for a coastal property in Clare or Galway, because NSAI certification restricts those systems in severe exposure zones. The age and construction of the local housing stock matters just as much — a Dublin red-brick terrace has no cavity to fill at all.
That is why these pages differ rather than repeating the same text with the place name changed. The survey still decides the specification for your particular house, but the county tells us what to expect before we arrive.
