Grant figures verified 3 August 2026 against SEAI published rates. Amounts vary by dwelling type: attic insulation €800–€2,000, cavity wall €700–€1,800, wall insulation up to €8,000, windows €1,500–€4,000 and doors €800 per door (two maximum). The higher figures apply to detached homes. Maximum amounts shown; the grant for your home depends on property type and the measures you choose.
Windows and doors became a standalone SEAI grant on 2 March 2026 — a full retrofit is no longer required. Your home must meet SEAI’s fabric and insulation requirements to qualify, which we confirm at the measuring visit.
