WHERE ARE YOU NOW?
Is this your home right now?

Most Irish homes built before 2011 sit around E1–E2 on the BER scale — draughty, expensive to heat, and losing money every winter.

  • Heating costs over €1,500 per year for a typical uninsulated home
  • Wall insulation can reduce ≈40% of your total heat loss
  • Roof insulation can reduce ≈25% of your total heat loss
  • Every upgrade below qualifies for a SEAI grant — we guide and support you through the application process

Grant figures verified 3 August 2026 against SEAI published rates. Amounts vary by dwelling type: attic insulation €800–€2,000, cavity wall €700–€1,800, wall insulation up to €8,000, windows €1,500–€4,000 and doors €800 per door (two maximum). The higher figures apply to detached homes. Maximum amounts shown; the grant for your home depends on property type and the measures you choose.

Windows and doors became a standalone SEAI grant on 2 March 2026 — a full retrofit is no longer required. Your home must meet SEAI’s fabric and insulation requirements to qualify, which we confirm at the measuring visit.

The Real Numbers

Insulation That Nearly Pays for Itself

Between SEAI grants and the boost to your property's value, a full upgrade can leave you better off than when you started. Move the slider to your home's value to see the numbers.
